Your Impact as a Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within a designated geographic area. You will leverage your sales acumen and industry knowledge to identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key accounts and industries, focusing on retail and high-margin prospects.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers within prospective client organizations.
  • Present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contracts that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including recruiting and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of the retail market and its unique challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
