  • Client Acquisition & Management: Forge new business relationships with top-tier toy manufacturers, licensing entities, and high-profile brands. Leverage existing networks and industry insights to expand our client base and secure significant partnerships.
  • Business Growth: Strategically enhance and grow our existing customer portfolio by identifying new opportunities and driving market penetration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with merchandising and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product development, ensuring that our offerings meet market demands and capitalize on emerging trends.
Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: Extensive experience in sales and sourcing within the toy industry or related sectors, with a track record of success in driving growth and innovation.
  • Market Penetration: Demonstrated ability to enter and thrive in new markets, with a proven capability in client acquisition and business development.
  • Merchandising Expertise: Deep understanding of merchandising principles and practices, with a creative approach to sales strategy and market positioning.
  • Sourcing Proficiency: Comprehensive knowledge of the sourcing lifecycle, from product conception through to delivery, across diverse industries.
Compensation:
  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience, with additional uncapped commission opportunities to reward your contributions and success.
