About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Toronto Division Copiers. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the office, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings and correspondence.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
