About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Multirim Inc. as a key member of our administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and planning of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to office support staff as needed.
  • Supervision: No supervision responsibility.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Word, Accounting software, MS Office, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently, work under pressure, attention to detail, ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgment, organized, team player, accurate, client focus, reliability, time management, adaptability, accountability, dependability, due diligence, quick learner, efficient interpersonal skills, integrity.
