About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve annual targets and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry partners to drive business growth and reputation.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the branch, including corporate branding and profit & loss statements.
  • Identify and develop future leadership talent within the team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage, with a minimum of 3 years in a management role.
  • Level 2 license and industry designation (CAIB, CIP, FCIP, CRM).
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to cultivate strong relationships.

  • Competitive salary range of $65,000.00 to $80,000.00, depending on experience and location.
