Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously, listen to their concerns, and provide clear and concise information about repair needs and costs.
- Communication: Articulate repair needs to service technicians, provide accurate estimates of repair costs, and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Sales and Upselling: Use low-pressure sales techniques to upsell recommended services, sell extended warranties, and manage customer expectations.
- Quality Control: Inspect repair quality, ensure all work is complete, and notify customers when vehicles are ready for pickup.
- Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high customer satisfaction scores by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and providing exceptional service.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in a service-related position is preferred, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
