Service Advisor - Recreational Vehicles

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their recreational vehicle ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Repair Estimates: Accurately estimate repair costs and communicate them to customers in a clear and concise manner.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient completion of repairs, and communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and products to customers, using a consultative approach to meet their needs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect repair quality to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, and address any issues or concerns with customers.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a service-related position preferred, but not necessary.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and service technicians.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 depending on experience.
