Job Title: Service Advisor for Motor Homes

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Traveland RV Supercentres. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with customers and service technicians, and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers promptly and courteously, listen to their needs, and clearly articulate repair requirements to service technicians.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and service technicians to ensure that all work is completed as agreed.
  • Upselling and Additional Services: Upsell recommended services using low-pressure, high-integrity methods.
  • Estimates and Repair Costs: Provide accurate estimates of repair and maintenance costs.
  • Dealership Policy: Adhere to dealership policy on customer vehicle care and operation.
  • Follow-up and Progress Updates: Follow up on each repair and keep customers informed of progress.
  • Extended Warranties: Sell and manage extended warranties.
  • Repair Quality and Completion: Inspect repair quality and ensure that all work is complete.
  • Vehicle Pick-up Notification: Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick-up.
  • Repair Explanations and Costs: Review and explain repairs and associated costs with customers.
  • Customer Concerns and Complaints: Handle minor customer concerns and complaints.
  • Service Manager Updates: Keep the Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems.
  • CSI Scores: Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 dependent on experience

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalency degree is required. Experience in a service-related position is also preferred, but not necessary.
