Service Advisor - RV Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Traveland RV Canada. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their RV ownership experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Repair Coordination: Work closely with our service technicians to ensure accurate and efficient repair of RVs, communicating with customers to keep them informed of progress and estimated completion times.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services and products to customers, such as extended warranties and maintenance packages.
  • Estimating and Quoting: Provide accurate estimates of repair costs to customers, ensuring transparency and fairness in all interactions.
  • Quality Control: Inspect repair work to ensure it meets our high standards, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a service-related role, preferably in the RV industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
