Key Responsibilities:
- Support Human Resources Business Partners across various locations.
- Assist in developing and maintaining administrative systems that facilitate HR operations, including monthly reporting and employee documentation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Operations, Payroll, Benefits, and Pensions.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection process.
- Aid HR Business Partners in managing WSIB and Disability Claims.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives.
- Demonstrate and uphold our core competencies, including effective communication, innovation, change management, relationship building, and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate HR policies and initiatives effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office; experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
Working Conditions:
- Office and Warehouse Environments.

Reports to:
- Senior Human Resources Business Partner.
