Doman Building Materials Group Ltd is an exciting place to work as an HR Communications Specialist. As a member of a 14-person Human Resources department, you will be an integral part of the creation, administration, and management of our training content and internal platforms.

You will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create written content for eLearning and training, and manage, maintain, and update content on the company Careers page. You will also assist Human Resources activities for the employee training lifecycle as needed and assist with projects as assigned.

**Requirements**

* Experience writing training content (non-technical).
* Strong written communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and diplomacy.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities.
* Strong relationship-building skills, and communication skills.
* Ability to take ownership of duties and responsibilities.

**Work Environment**

* The role is based in Acton, ON, and involves working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
