Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Banquet Department, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of events and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including reviewing event details, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring timely setup and teardown.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to fellow banquet team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional service.
  • Guest Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring minimal disruption to our guests.
