About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for establishing close relationships with our clients through phone contacts and remote meetings. You will have a wide variety of toys to sell in chains such as pharmacies, hardware stores, specialty shops, and online stores.

  • Establish Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and remote meetings.
  • Ambassador for Ricochet Group Inc.: Act as an ambassador for our commercial offer, promoting our products and services to clients.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed set sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
  • Execute and Follow Up on Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, following up with clients to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Prepare Proposals and Presentations: Develop complete proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing the value of our products and services.
  • Participate in Marketing Events: Participate in marketing events such as trade shows, promoting our brand and products to potential clients.
  • Use Oracle NetSuite ERP Software: Utilize Oracle NetSuite ERP software for client follow-up updates and sales tracking.
Requirements
  • DEP or DEC in Sales or Related Field
  • Minimum 3 Years of Sales Experience
  • Perfectly Bilingual: Fluency in both English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in Toy/Leisure Sales: An asset, but not required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
