Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general warehouse and office procedures, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve intermediate-level problems, and demonstrate effective time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including answering telephone calls, data entry, and filing.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to support business needs.
  • Coordinate information for internal use and distribution.
  • Provide coverage in other departments as required by business needs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
  • Minimum of six months' office support experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail.
  • Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, basic research, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Accurate and rapid data entry.
  • Flexibility required.
