Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the material handling industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
  • Customer Service and Support:
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
    • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement changes to drive growth.
  • Travel and Expenses:
    • Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
    • Manage travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
    • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the material handling industry.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Proven sales and business development skills with a track record of success.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
