Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Southern Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the material handling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
- Customer Service and Support:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and implement changes to drive growth.
- Travel and Expenses:
- Travel throughout the assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects.
- Manage travel expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Other Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the material handling industry.
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales and business development skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
