Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Visual Identity Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand design guidelines, upholding a consistent brand identity across all company materials, including graphics, decks, animations, and marketing sites.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, business development, and developer relations teams to provide creative design solutions that effectively communicate our brand's values and messages.
- Manage External Agencies: Develop and manage relationships with partner agencies, overseeing the execution of external design projects to ensure they meet our standards and timelines.
- Conceptualize and Implement Design Projects: Drive the conceptualization and implementation of design projects from inception to completion, ensuring they effectively communicate our brand's values and messages.
- Establish and Maintain Brand Design Guidelines: Uphold a consistent brand identity across all company materials, including graphics, decks, animations, and marketing sites.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience and at least 3 years of management experience.
- Design Skills: Proven expertise in visual design and brand development, with proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and others relevant to web and multimedia design.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Experience managing external agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve design goals.
