Position Overview

Asoftware IT Support Inc. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee budget planning and expenditures.
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Coordinate and confirm appointments effectively.
  • Handle telephone communications and relay messages accurately.
  • Supervise the analysis of employee-related data and information.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries promptly.
  • Lead the development of communication strategies.
  • Gather and compile data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Address employee questions and concerns professionally.
  • Order and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain and manage a digital database efficiently.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities.
