Position Title: Mailroom Operations Specialist

Position Summary

  • Oversee the collection, categorization, and distribution of mail
  • Support registration and allocation functions
  • Manage central filing systems and respond to file requests
  • Execute scanning, distribution, and electronic filing responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and assembly of policy documents
  • Perform basic data entry tasks
  • Coordinate photographic inspections and photocopy requests
  • Procure supplies and handle equipment maintenance requests
  • Engage effectively with colleagues, agents, and clients
  • Utilize mailroom machinery and oversee daily printing tasks
  • Undertake additional administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Strong customer service orientation and collaborative skills
  • Fundamental understanding of policy documentation systems
  • General office skills and proficient typing capabilities
