- Coordinate and confirm appointments efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
- Supervise the analysis of employee-related data and information.
- Respond to electronic inquiries with professionalism.
- Guide the development of effective communication strategies.
- Compile and maintain data, statistics, and relevant information.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Manage and update the digital database effectively.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
