  • Handle incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Supervise the analysis of employee-related data and information.
  • Respond to electronic inquiries with professionalism.
  • Guide the development of effective communication strategies.
  • Compile and maintain data, statistics, and relevant information.
  • Address employee inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is maintained.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Establish and maintain both manual and computerized filing systems.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and update the digital database effectively.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operational activities.
