Restaurant Operations Manager

The Colander is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and improve daily operations to increase efficiency and productivity
- Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs
- Organize and maintain inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Address customer complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Permanent employment
- English language proficiency
- 30 hours per week
