Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate Daily Operations

Assess the performance of our restaurant teams and identify areas for improvement to optimize efficiency and productivity.

  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations

Develop and implement effective strategies to manage daily tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and allocate resources to meet business objectives.

  • Supervise Staff

Lead and motivate our restaurant teams to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high standards of quality, and promote a positive work environment.

  • Train Staff

Provide comprehensive training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our restaurant teams, ensuring they are equipped to meet the needs of our customers.

  • Determine Type of Services to be Offered and Implement Operational Procedures

Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menu items, promotions, and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

  • Organize and Maintain Inventory

Manage inventory levels, monitor stock, and implement efficient systems to minimize waste and optimize supply chain management.

  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed

Implement and maintain robust health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for our staff and customers.

  • Negotiate Arrangements with Suppliers for Food and Other Supplies

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible prices, quality, and delivery terms for our restaurant operations.

  • Negotiate with Clients for Catering or Use of Facilities

Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure catering and event business, and ensure seamless execution of events.

  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Provide Customer Service

Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive, friendly, and memorable.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-Paced Environment

Experience
  • 1 Year to Less than 2 Years

Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
