Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Staff Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available and that waste is minimized.
    • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other supplies.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.

Requirements
  • Education
    • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business administration).
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
