Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to support our restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in achieving our restaurant objectives, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager in achieving restaurant objectives in guest service, operating standards, marketing, and financial results.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team through effective training, coaching, and development.
  • Assist in managing restaurant operations during shifts, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Maintain key internal and external relationships with the management team, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Assist in managing financial performance, including reading financial statements and making recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-food or restaurant management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy boxes and stand for extended periods.
  • Valid driver's license.
