Landscaping Manager

At COREPRO LANDSCAPING, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our landscaping projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive plans for landscaping projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Material Procurement: Source and procure materials and supplies necessary for projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and ensure satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in landscaping software and equipment.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions. The ability to lift heavy loads, bend, and crouch is essential.
