Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at COREPRO LANDSCAPING. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring high-quality results and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive landscaping plans, taking into account client requirements and site conditions.
    • Coordinate and supervise the work of landscaping teams, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of landscaping professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent work quality.
    • Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
    • Identify and address any quality issues, implementing corrective actions to maintain high standards.
  • Client Communication and Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Communicate project progress, timelines, and any issues that may arise, providing regular updates and solutions.
  • Administrative and Financial Management
    • Manage project budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Physical stamina to perform outdoor work, handling heavy loads and working in various weather conditions
