Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at COREPRO LANDSCAPING. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and maintenance of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring they are properly cared for and maintained.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Task Management: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of our properties.
  • Scheduling: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contract Management: Tender and administer contracts for materials, equipment, and services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to handle heavy loads, work in physically demanding environments, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Work Conditions: 40 hours per week, permanent position, with English as the primary work language.
