Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive landscaping plans, including planting, maintenance, and construction projects.
  • Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of landscaping professionals, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to complete projects efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of landscaping equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Material Procurement: Source and procure materials and supplies necessary for projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires handling heavy loads and working in various weather conditions. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
