Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at Homeworks Landscaping Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Plan and coordinate landscape construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of landscape construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies necessary for landscape construction projects.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed work records and logs, including project schedules, budgets, and personnel information.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
