Hotel Front Desk Associate Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team at Kenora Travelodge. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our financial records and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms
  • Resolve complaints and claims
  • Process group arrivals and departures
  • Take, cancel and change room reservations
  • Provide general information about points of interest in the area
  • Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  • Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments
  • Clerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls
