Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Alkazaz Dental Corporation. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, manage patient flow, and direct them to the appropriate areas of the clinic.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, answer questions, and provide information to patients and the public.
- Administrative Tasks: Process patient information, maintain accurate records, and perform data entry.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, confirm schedules, and send reminders.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients, respond to concerns, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, order supplies, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
