Hotel Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Night Auditor to join our team at Kenora Travelodge. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of hotel transactions, maintaining a clean and organized front desk area, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and process departures, including calculating charges and receiving payments.
- Transaction Accuracy: Verify and balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain accurate records.
- Guest Services: Provide information about local attractions, assist with special requests, and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
