Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shift Manager to join our team at 2164541 Ontario Inc. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen and food service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Hire and manage food service staff
- Operations Management
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and wastage
- Customer Service
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit budgets and cost estimates
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Education
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
- Language
- Fluent in English
- Work Environment
