Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Shift Manager to join our team at The Sequence Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining accurate records of stock levels.
- Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and other key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
