Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient food preparation.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Monitor and control inventory levels, including food, beverages, and supplies, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Accurately record and report sales, inventory, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or related role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills. As a Shift Manager, you will be standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
