Role Overview
As a Community Engagement Advocate, you will be instrumental in cultivating and managing our online community while also contributing to videography and content creation as needed. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with our audience across various digital platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our followers, while also assisting with video editing and content production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and professionally respond to direct messages, comments, and reviews across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor community interactions, sharing and reposting relevant user-generated content to enhance engagement.
  • Curate and manage our social media stories and video content, ensuring alignment with our brand voice.
  • Assist in the creation and publication of advertisements.
  • Build and maintain a strong community presence, fostering relationships and encouraging active participation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support new initiatives and campaigns.
  • Assist in video production and editing to create captivating content for our social media channels.
  • Analyze community engagement metrics to provide insights for improving communication and outreach efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep our community management and content creation strategies innovative.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role, ideally within a digital or social media context.
  • Strong skills in videography, video editing, and content creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French (Spanish is a plus).
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Proficient in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • A collaborative team player who works well with various departments.
  • Passionate about women's empowerment and the art of photography.
