YOUR ROLE
Reporting directly to the Director of Internal Communications and Employee Experience, you will play a vital role in a team celebrated for its impactful and high-quality contributions, within an environment that encourages initiative and collaborative efforts.

If you are enthusiastic about the field of internal communications and are keen on the latest trends in employee experience, you will thrive in this versatile role. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of projects, from formulating communication strategies to producing written and visual content, as well as organizing internal events. Additionally, you will contribute to significant initiatives aimed at enhancing our employees' digital interactions by refining our existing tools (Intranet on SharePoint). You will also engage in various projects overseen by the team, including the recognition program and annual employee gatherings.

YOUR DISTINCTIVE PROFILE
  • 4 to 6 years of pertinent experience
  • Familiarity with intranet and/or SharePoint systems
  • Experience in a consultative capacity
  • Demonstrated project management skills
