Role Overview:
The Community Engagement Manager position calls for a seasoned leader with exceptional skills in community management and engagement strategies. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about fostering community connections and is adaptable to evolving technologies and community needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee community engagement initiatives that align with Intact's mission and values.
- Collaborate with various teams, external partners, and stakeholders to identify community needs and address challenges proactively.
- Utilize advanced community management techniques to enhance engagement and support.
- Lead and mentor team members to ensure effective implementation of community programs.
- Participate in advisory groups to advocate for best practices and compliance with community engagement standards.
- Prepare and present reports on community engagement performance and insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in community management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of community engagement tools and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bilingualism is essential for candidates located in Quebec to facilitate regular interactions with English-speaking colleagues.
