Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Safeway Holdings (Alberta) Ltd.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Room Reservations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Customer Service: Resolve complaints and claims, provide general information about points of interest in the area, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Clerical Duties: Perform faxing, filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
- Language: English.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
- Hours of Work: 30 to 40 hours per week.
