Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Fade 99 Barber Shop Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Process group arrivals and departures, ensuring seamless transitions for our guests.
  • Manage room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by offering information on hotel facilities and services, as well as recommendations for local points of interest.
  • Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an up-to-date inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments to ensure optimal hotel operations.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying, to support the front desk team.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a prompt and friendly manner.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and working in a team-oriented setting.

We offer a permanent position with 32 hours of work per week and require proficiency in English as the primary work language.
