Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Safeway Holdings (Alberta) Ltd.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms
- Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner
- Process group arrivals and departures, including taking, canceling, and changing room reservations
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
- Clerical duties, including faxing, filing, and photocopying
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer complaints or concerns
