Position Overview

The Tutoring Coordinator plays a crucial role in the effective management of educational services within our organization. This position involves overseeing various administrative functions to ensure a smooth operation of tutoring programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Management: Develop and implement new administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluation: Review and assess the effectiveness of existing administrative procedures.
  • Staff Delegation: Assign tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Work Prioritization: Establish priorities and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Operational Activities: Manage the administrative functions of the establishment.
  • Office Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
  • Data Management: Compile data and prepare regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and support to staff members.
  • Procedure Oversight: Supervise and coordinate office administrative processes.
  • Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor administrative activities.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee payroll administration to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a relevant field.
