Position Overview

The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical environment. This position requires a blend of organizational skills and patient interaction.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations efficiently.
  • Process insurance claims and other necessary documentation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Order medical supplies and oversee inventory management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and related itineraries.
  • Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing documents for review.
  • Establish and uphold confidential medical files and records.
  • Draft meeting agendas and take minutes for distribution.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Experience Requirements

Applicants should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
