Position Overview

The role of a Medical Administrative Assistant at R Khanuja Dentistry Professional Corporation involves a variety of essential tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations within the clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: Conduct interviews with patients to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
  • Insurance Processing: Complete necessary insurance and claim forms accurately.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and oversee inventory levels.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Documentation: Enter and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, preparing documents for review.
  • Confidentiality: Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare draft agendas for meetings and manage the transcription and distribution of minutes.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications

Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
