Position Overview

The Healthcare Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the operations of our dental practice. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that ensure smooth patient interactions and efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Interaction: Conduct interviews with patients to gather comprehensive case histories.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule and confirm patient appointments to optimize clinic flow.
  • Insurance Processing: Complete and submit insurance claims and other necessary documentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an organized filing system for patient records and office documents.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and manage inventory levels effectively.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans and itineraries as needed.
  • Document Preparation: Format and enter medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare spreadsheets for review.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Initiate and uphold confidential medical files and records.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas for meetings and accurately transcribe and distribute minutes.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to patients and address their inquiries.
Qualifications

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
