Director of Industry Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Director of Industry Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic relationships with industry partners, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration, and driving business growth through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to build and maintain relationships with industry partners, including negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and joint ventures.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry leaders, academics, and students.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate partnership strategies and progress to stakeholders.
- 7 years of professional experience in employer relations, higher education, or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strategic relationships with industry partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
