Lead Academic Innovation and Industry Connections

Njoyn is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our academic innovation and industry connections efforts. As the Director of Industry Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance industry connections and academic innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to foster impactful relationships between education and employers/community partners.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive results.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders to build trust and rapport.

Reporting Structure:
