Job Overview

As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of our restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Education: Relevant educational background in hospitality or business management.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years in a managerial role within the food service industry.
  • Work Environment: Urban area with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Daily Operations: Evaluate and enhance daily operations to improve service quality.
  • Staff Management: Monitor and assess staff performance, set work schedules, and provide training.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete financial reports, and manage product costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supplier Relations: Negotiate with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of more than 20 staff members across various roles.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and spreadsheet management is essential.

Transportation

Having your own transportation is beneficial, although public transport options are available.

Work Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage pressure, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
