Food Service Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, you will be accountable for enhancing restaurant sales and customer counts in a profitable manner, while ensuring the establishment adheres to McDonald's essential guest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
This role collaborates with your supervisor to establish the restaurant's objectives with a growth-oriented mindset and formulates a strategy to reach those goals.
The Operations Manager does not work in isolation to achieve restaurant objectives; they guide a team of Department Managers who hold specific responsibilities within the restaurant.
This entails assisting the Department Managers in defining their individual goals, monitoring their progress, and offering coaching and guidance to enhance their departmental outcomes.
By advancing the Departments, the restaurant as a whole improves.The Operations Manager is tasked with motivating crew members and managers, encouraging their Department Managers to do the same.
This includes recruiting and nurturing each manager to ensure the restaurant is equipped with the right team to lead into the future.

Prior management experience in the fast food service industry is essential for this role within our organization.
