Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Rob Prober Enterprises Inc. As a key member of our food service management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food service.

Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff

Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and training on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal inventory levels.

Staff Management and Development

Recruit, train, and develop food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Schedule

40 hours per week.
