As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the growth of restaurant revenue and customer attendance while ensuring adherence to McDonald's essential standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
The Operations Manager collaborates with their supervisor to establish the restaurant's objectives with a focus on growth and devises a strategy to meet these goals.
The Operations Manager does not work in isolation to achieve restaurant objectives; they lead a team of Department Managers, each responsible for specific areas within the restaurant.
This entails assisting the Department Managers in setting their individual goals, monitoring their progress, and providing guidance and support to enhance their departmental outcomes.
By enhancing departmental performance, the overall restaurant performance improves.The Operations Manager is tasked with motivating crew members and managers while encouraging Department Managers to inspire their teams as well.
This includes recruiting and developing each manager to ensure the restaurant has a capable team to navigate future challenges.
